Food Brokers USA was created in 1999 to fulfill a need in the Food Industry. We are where Food Brokers and Principals can connect at a very reasonable cost.
Food Brokers USA is owned by Golden State Sales & Marketing in Southern California. As a Food Brokerage Firm ourselves, we recognized the disconnect between Brokers and Principals back when the national association was the only Broker Directory available.
With the inception of the Internet, published guides were quickly outdated and increasing dues to over $1,200 made it difficult for independent brokers to get access to the lines that really should go their way. Dues to the national association were spent on lavish conferences and seminars at exotic locations rather than on the nuts and bolts of the business. In short, the regional and national brokers dominated the national association and the independent brokers were left out.
Food Brokers USA leveled the playing field. While we include national and regional brokers, independent brokers have the same listing and access to those principals who are seeking representation.
Our FAQ's extol the importance of matching the right manufacturer with the right broker in terms of capabilities as well as revenue. We also advise potential principals of reasonable expectations in marketing their products.
Recent enhancements to the site include a New Product Cost Scenario Worksheet, a Club Product Cost Scenario Worksheet, and a Distributor Pricing Matrix, all invaluable tools to Brokers and Principals alike.
Our model is simple. We have two databases. The Food Broker Database consists of over 2,500 Brokers listings in Retail, Foodservice, and Ingredient Sales. About 1,000 of these listings have full profiles. The Principal/Associate Database consists of over 2,000 paid members, over 1,000 of which are actively seeking representation.
We do not share your information unless you choose to and that would only be within the Food Brokers USA Members. Your information will not go to any third parties.
Our guarantee is that if you are not satisfied with the content, we will refund your membership fee when contacted by email or phone within 72 hours of joining. We are happy to say that in the 10 years of providing this service, we have not been asked for a refund even once.
